This website introduces how the Continental Europe branch of Bunzl (Europe excluding UK and Ireland) manages EDI, with special attention to supplier and customer relations. It is a reference pool especially for our external partners, where they can learn about the solutions we have in place and the standards we utilize.

VIP Portal End Of Life in 2026

Bunzl Continental Europe will decommission the VIP Supplier Portal.

Over time, Suppliers will find that they can no longer enter orderconfirmation, despatch notes and invoices in the VIP portal.

The order will be determined by the dates that countries implement mandatory EN16931 invoicing.
